Here’s how we do it: We begin by harvesting pure rubber sap from Hevea Brasiliensis trees in Asia. No trees are harmed in the process. (They yield latex for up to 30 years.) We then follow the traditional Dunlop manufacturing process that’s been in use since 1929: we whip the latex sap into a froth, pour it into molds, cover it, and steam bake it. The end result is a clean and green material that’s amazingly resilient, supportive and durable.

That’s because the inherent structure of wool fibers allows for large volumes of air, giving natural insulation, elasticity and resilience. It can also absorb significant water without ever feeling wet, offering natural temperature-regulating properties that complement our natural latex foam.

Made from the husk of certified organic coconuts. The coir fiber has been used for centuries, and is both naturally anti-microbial and liquid resistant. Coir fiber is heat resistant, moth proof and flame retardant, and is an excellent insulator. Coconut Coir is eco friendly and breathable.

Our inner matress covers are made with premium, 100% GOTS organic certified cotton - one of the softest, most breathable and most comfortable fabrics available. It's cool, wicks moisture and, better still, boasts the most stringent Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) Certification. Responsibly and ethically sourced, this durable textile secures the internal matress layers firmly in place without the use of chemical or water-based chemical adhesives. No harmful substances are present as a result of processing, to include banned substances, toxic chemicals, pesticides and dyes.

This sustainably made fabric gives you a healthy sleep, it is also good for your baby’s scalp, skin and the environment. It’s an incredibly soft yet highly durable textile. It provides a luxurious finish, unparalleled comfort, and ample air circulation. Lyocell is a fiber made from the wood pulp of trees that are grown and replaced on specialized tree farms. Unlike most cellulosic fabrics, Tencel is produced using recyclable, Earth-friendly solvents. It adds wrinkle-resistance and the lustrous feel of silk.
